Hello. I am a member of DOT5hosting (tiquetel.com). Gallery has been working perfectly for a year or so and suddenly I get when uploading:
"Processing status...
Resizing/compressing original image No resizing required
Error: Unable to make thumbnail (0) Need help? Look in the Gallery FAQ"
I read the 'help/faq' pages, I am not a coder or programmer...not much help there. DOT5 has left me in the breeze for days now. After two waits of over an hour, a 'live chat' revealed that the DOT5 representative got the same result when trying to upload photos using my password and their computer. Of course this person could not fix anything and said they would forward the problem...days more have past...I purchased Gallery2.0...says installed, it won't even come up:
"Physical Path: /home/users/web/b931/d5.tiquetel/public_html/home/users/web/b931/d5.tiquetel/public_html/" then: "Page not found The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. "
I just don't know where to turn, obviously this is a critical function needed on my website, and killing me for Holiday sales. Please help and thanks! File:Example.jpg
