I'm looking to add some more detail to these pages but before I do (at least the first couple times) I need a better idea of what you guys are looking for.
Editing templates is one of the more novice things to do, as such, I am thinking more detail about what templates are and how people can edit them is in order. This is so the more novice users (those who are likely to want to edit templates but may find it hard now) can find it easier to dive in and start basic customizations.
Just a very basic idea I had was something as simple as summarizing what Smarty is. It doesn't take a programmer to perform basic edits of templates, and yet, here we are assuming people know what Smarty is (when in fact only better PHP coders will have any idea).
Anyway... just some of my thoughts on the topic. I'm looking forward to what you guys think...
