Regarding this error: <pre> svn: REPORT request failed on '/svnroot/gallery/!svn/vcc/default' </pre>
SF.net knows about this and recommends you make the following change in your .subversion/servers file: Uncomment (or add) the following line in the [global] section: <pre> http-compression = no </pre>

There is a tool under Tracker Admin for mass-reassigning tracker items that might help you. Have you taken a look at it? Let me know..
