Carousel
Display a set of blocks on the sidebar. Inspired from jCarousel light
Description
Adds 3 configurable blocks to show items in a vertical carousel.
- Random items.
- Recently added items.
- Popular items.
Installation
- Download the module from: http://codex.gallery2.org/images/e/e3/Carousel.zip
- Extract the module to the module directory of your G3 install.
- Activate the module: Login -> Admin -> Modules. Check the box next to the module. Click update at the bottom of the page.
Usage
- Admin -> settings -> carousel. Edit the tile and other parameters for the 3 blocks.
- Reorder, add delete the block you desire in the sidebar:
- admin -> Appearance -> Manage sidebar. Move to or remove from 'Active blocks'.
- Ability to choose the type of page the block shows on, either photo pages, collections or both. Configured with check-boxes on the admin page
