Description

Filter comments through the Akismet web service to detect and eliminate spam ([1]). You'll need a WordPress.com API key to use it.

This is a standard, default module. It comes with Gallery 3, but it not activated by default.

Installation / Configuration

1. Activate Akismet module: Admin > Modules
2. Configure: From the Admin Dashboard, click Settings > Akismet
   1. Get your WordPress.com API key
   2. Paste your API key into the Akismet Spam Filtering screen (see step 2) and click Save
3. Done
